Forum suggestions

1) A sticky topic or subforum for forum suggestions.

2)Add submit/preview/reset buttons to the top of reply/new thread pages. It's annoying to have to scroll down so far to get to those buttons.

I've made it farmiliar with what I would like to see in the donation thread.
Alternatively i'd like to see a +rep -rep system

At the moment we are working to push our new forum (yes a new forum, however, more features people actually want and will use plus more reliable)
