This is news to me! I use a couple of Vista laptops for boxing and just ordered two 4Gb readyboost-compatible (i.e. fast) sticks to take advantage of it. Thanks!4. Add a 2GB or higher USB Flash drive to take advantage of Windows Ready Boost (Additional Memory Cache). Ready Boost is Microsoft's name for using a USB thumb/flash drive to provide some quick access memory the operating system can use as extra RAM. The Ready Boost system can significantly improve system performance.
QFT. I run 4 in 2Gb, albeit only as "drones", with my main on a different machine. And why "yeh" instead of "you" all the time? Makes my eyes bleedUtter and complete crap. With 2gb ram I could easily run 3 copies of wow, you need approximately 3.2gb with vista to run 5 copies, and that will vary only slightly by the amount of crap you have running.Originally Posted by wowphreak
