Need help :(

i just bought keyclone and i was going to get ready to start using it when i had to go, so i exited it out and shut down my pc. then when i came back and started it up it comes up with an error report "Keyclone has encountered a problem and needs to close". anyone know why it does this or what i can do

i just bought keyclone today, the first two times i used it, it worked fine. but now it crashes instantly when i try to run it. same error.

i tried re downloading/installing and it didn't help.

please make sure you have an actual version.

please remove your keyclone directory.. and re-download and install from the main site (http://solidice.com/keyclone)

if you are still having problems, please let me know.

i got it working again, i had to re-install many times. 15 or so then it just worked.
