Default Re-setting my playstyle - time for advice

I am now lv 64 with the 5 box team and I think it is time to reset the play style and get ready for PvP and heroic. Since it takes time to learn a new style, I am going to start now.

    What is better for PvP
    a. move and run with a mouse on the right hand and all buttons with the left hand or
    b. use 2 hands on the keyboard and do not use mouse (what do you do with the right and left hands if one is not on mouse)
    Pally Tank:Pally Protection Tank
    2x DPS Shammy: DPS Shamen
1 x DPS Druid: Balance DPS Druid
1 x Resto Shammy: Resto Shammy

i've only pvped a little, but in my experience i'll use the ` key for /follow /assist macro and i use F1 for the formation key, and i will hitthe formation and run a different way with my main and hit the formation key really fast and it will turn your team to the way your main is facing.
Might want to PS Ellay to see how he does it though, i know he's really good at pvp

Let them hate, as long as they fear.
