At times I want 2 instances of wow open and don't want to transfer keys, even if I close the Keyclone program, its still controlling both wows, so how do I shut it down completely???

You must be running 2 copies of keyclone if you shut it down and its still sending keys. Do you mean sending keystrokes by "controlling both wows"? Check your systray, or task manager to see if you have 2 copies running by accident.
If you want to temporarily stop sending keys, you can hit your "PAUSE" button.

Am I bot? No. Hold Alt to unlock the clone spell, press F4 for each copy you want.
Naw nothing in Sys Tray or Task manager

Right click the icon on your lower right, and choose exit.

I've never had this happen, but if you find Keyclone really is still running even after its UI has disappeared, open the task manager (ctrl+shift+esc), click on the "Processes" tab, find "keyclone.exe" under the "Image Name" column, right click that line, and select "End Process".
If it happens alot, uninstall Keyclone completely (delete the folder), download it from the solidice website again, and re-install it.
If, on the other hand, you really are just talking about temporarily suspending Keyclone while you sort out a macro, talk to somebody or whatever, then I refer you to the previous answers about Keyclone's built-in "Override" feature![]()
OK thanks thats what it seemed to be, it was actually running in the background, but not visible, and not in the sys tray, but when u check the task Manager, it was there
Having said I'd not had it happen, I obviously tempted fate because it happened to me three times over the long weekend!
My remote machine just stoppped responding to keystrokes, my "local" Keyclone didn't show the "remote" WoW sessions any more, and the remote Keyclone had hung. The UI was there, but unresponsive, and I could only get rid of it through task manager.
Now, I have had issues with Keyclone quietly hanging when the machine is totally CPU-bound, so there's some sort of timing problem in there somewhere, but this is the first time I've had it happen on a less-loaded machine.
I wish Keyclone would at least tell me when it's lost a remote connection so I don't get a surprise single character pull
I tried to dump the process, but for reasons I don't fully understand, apparently that's not possible.
I'll try to gather more information about what happens and when for a proper bug report, but there's definitely an issue there.
