RFD Pull?

Is there a way to pull all of RFD in one single pull? Im able to pull all of SM Cath with one pull without using my Figurine of the colasis(Trinket that heals when you block for 120) So as im moving up my prot pally needs a few more challenges RFD is next on my list. Could someone show me the best way to pull the whole instance then pull them back to the beginning? If not just show me what you use to pull path.
