The old aoe instance grinding

I seem to have lost the link to the guides by sukergo(sp?) for instance and instance pulls. Iv searched but couldn't find it. If someone could link this or just tell me what instance they used at level 40? ZF or RFD? Im use to pulling the whole instance in SM don't know if that will be possible with ZF

ZF is a problem because of the healing totems and healers.
If you have enough "power" to solve this problem (with a mage ) - Zf is nice (Bombing the event as a mage --> proceless ).
With my ProtPala I can't do it, the healing is too much.

So I would suggest to do:
till 40 SM
40-45 RFD/ZF
45-50/60 BRD/STRATH/SCHOLO
