    Default Warhammer multiboxing

While I haven't been lucky enough to get into the closed beta yet, I've been following the news lately.

/follow is in the game, confirmed a few times by the devs. /stick is definately not in the game, nor is /face at this point, however when you enter combat your character automatically faces the target. Its a ghetto form of /face that can be used to a multiboxers advantage.

The only problem I see is getting GM/CSR approval of the multiboxing process, because of the game being so pvp centered. due to your ability to level entirely in PVP, gaining items and gold this way, a multiboxer would have a wet dream leveling with a pack of dps classes.

Another issue is the party size of 6, no word yet on instanced PVP battle sizes yet, but some of us will need to increase the size of our setups to accomodate this last slot. 6 chaos mag-ii?? floating around on their disc tossing massive x6 damage is going to be pretty badass.

anyone else hear anything? I'm just hoping AHK/software solutions will be allowed. Dropping a few hundred bucks to setup a decent hardware solution would be unnecessary.

The only thing I hear are the voices in my head crying out in terror, because I have to rely on GOA for betatesting and maybe even retail.

Everything that isn't officially released information and the words "I am in the beta" is against the NDA, but once I get in I'll start writing and recording and experimenting to release once the NDA is up - a month or two before retail one would imagine, we'll see.

I'm definitely going to dual-box as long as it's not too slow on my second computer.

Anyone know the specs off Warhammer online? Id like to know.

No specs released yet since it's still in beta, still being optimized, and they added a light engine just a month ago.

If you have a computer with the latest Intel Socket format or the AMD AM2 socket you should be ok.

That's going to be just fine, you might even be able to run two clients on that. We'll see, of course.

Once it's out I'm going to dualbox if my computers both handle it, on US servers.

From some new (to me) interview material I have gathered that auto-face is in the game, and it's up to beta tester feedback to decide how much freedom we'll have with macros.

    (edit)
and right now you get a bonus for being grouped instead of a nasty punishment as with WoW, and droprates of items are promised to be 1:1 for all characters in a party with a collect-quest

    (edit2)
(auto)stick - no, won't ever happen they say
    (auto)face - yes
    (auto)follow - yes (friendlies only?)

Sounds very caster box-able...no stick means melee troubles though.
I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A bird will fall frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.
