Default Control WoW with your Brainwaves, and Electral signals from small facial movements.

It's called the OCZ Neural Impule Actuator.
I've put in an order (on backorder) from here:

Until you sneeze and end up causing your chars to somehow commit suicide either by spontaneous combustion or running off a cliff or the sneeze somehow managing to make your chars simultaneously yell "NI HAO WONG FOU CHU" causing you to be insta-banned for foreign cursing or something. Or blink and end up shocking that patrol you were carefully avoiding...I think Vyn would get a kick out of the face you'd make trying to hold a sneeze back while it's hooked up though

    /rofl

There's a funny thought. Or what happens if your cat sticks his head into your headset thingy while you're in the...AFK room...reading a magazine. :P LOTS of potential here.

Perhaps in that rare case, add a command/macro so the boxes say 'Bless you!"? Things can be worked out Good luck with the device, maybe in a few years it'll be something I'll look into getting.

They come out some time this month. £89.99 from Play.com inc shipping.

    Worth trying out maybe.

I was the one that made the other post about this a couple weeks ago. Quite interested to hear some first hand feedback if it really works well with WoW!

Did they give you any estimate of when it would be in stock? Last I looked I couldn't find anywhere that actually had it, but that was a couple weeks ago.
