A warrior with a mouse-over devastate macro, no more tab-devastate, that with thunderclap and cleave, and use Shield Slam on the focused target. Just as easy to aoe tank with a warrior as with a Paladin. Just practice, practice. Personally I find tanking with a Paladin extremely boring.
Keep in mind my previous post was talking about difficulty as far as micromanagement in multi-boxing specifically. Solo with a little practice a warrior can hang on to multiple mobs np. In multi-boxing you can still do all the same maneuvers as solo but the difference is you are worrying about 4 other characters at the same time giving you less time to manage your tank which is what micromanagement is referring too. Again however this does not mean that warriors can not be effective tank while multiboxing, my post above was referring to paladin tanking being, for lack of a better term, "noob friendly" when it comes to multi-boxing.

For example with with my 5x shaman team I occasionally throw my paladin into the mix as a tank. I have Avenger's Shield bound to my mouse 3 button and I have Holy Shield on button 2 along with Lightning Bolt and Consecration on button 3 along with Chain Lightning. It's so easy to tank in this manner that I don't even have to pay attention really at all to my paladin. I occiasionally hit my Judge/SoR button and that's about all the management my paladin tank even needs. That is why I was saying paladin tanking while multiboxing is probably the easiest or "noob friendly". Certainly as you said however with some practice I'm sure you can effectively aoe tank with a warrior while multi-boxing as well.
