I've wanted something like that for a while too. I wrote this gizmo LibRpc to get started. The idea is that you have a totem macro like this on each of your clones:

On your main you have a macro template plus a 2D grid of buttons that let you choose which shamans cast which totems. Every time you change the parameters the mod uses LibRpc to reprogram the remote totem macro for the corresponding shaman(s). My thought was to make it a general mod for macro reprogramming. I can think of some other things I'd like to use it for too: PvE vs. PvP shocks, switching default pally seals, etc.
