While we're at it, does anyone know how to trade stuff between chars with a macro? As in, commence trade with Brain, move everything from slot X to the trade window, accept trade.
I will have your babies if you can make a macro like that.![]()

Sigs are for lamers.
I multibox off one big tv, 40", and have found this idea to be awesome. Thank you so much.
I do have a question though. I have my setup as one big window and four smaller windows lined up vertical on the side. I use keyclone's pip feature to swap windows. So far the best way to use the above technique for me is to set all clones to top down view zoomed out a few clicks then put cursor to the right of each clone. Press L and wolla 100% looting no problems. As a bonus it works well with opening up npc quest givers as well.
I set the cursor position by running my mouse into the clone window and then out of the window one the right side. This leaves the cursor in the perfect looting position for my set up I have to "set the cursor" this way whenever I change windows, but that is no big thing.
My one big problem is that when I press L it seems to activate in each window with a delay for the cursor click, perhaps this is from system and latency lag mabye? Which leaves the cursor in one of the clone windows which means I have to run it back to the main window. Anyone know a way to fix this. It is small but annoying issue. As I frequently dont pay attention nad drag the cursor through other clones or off the scren setting a bad looting position for next loot.
Mabye round robin with my main as the last window to pass the click?
Edit: Setting loot key to round robin, is a sort of fix, as I can now just click the loot key 5 times and not have to deal with the cursor ending up on a slave.

i used this post, as should all that just start to multibox. it helped me out alot and right now i'm only using just a few macros instead of a ton. use the 'big button' macro and bind it to a key you can easily press. i set mine to 'E' and mash it constantly when playing. sometimes on my rig, it would not register on the first stroke, so i mashed it a few times before and every battle. i put my leader's name after the /assist and /follow to specify who i want them to assist and follow. that way, there's no confusion. all my slaves are then stacked on top of each other and are always together. just get them to /follow you to the node/corpse/item and then hit the 'turnoraction' macro. not sure yet if this works on items, such as chests/bushes/books. if this does work, please post it.
this is copied and pasted from the above post. i use this on all my toons and bound it to F12, you can bound it to whatever you like. just open up a trade with your slave, rightclick the item to trade, and hit this key without having to switch screens.Originally Posted by 'Motaghi',index.php?page=Thread&postID=78129#post7 8129
****** Place this macro on all secondary toons to accept quests/rez/etc:
/script AcceptGroup();
/script AcceptQuest();
/script AcceptTrade();
/script RetrieveCorpse();
This one is great (Thanks Steph for originally posting it). As you can see, it accepts group (the invite dialog box still hangs around, but it will go away on its own after a few minutes if you dont want to click it), accepts shared quests, accepts trades, and rezzes if you have the accept button up on your toon's screen.
thanks Morganti for that post, it really did help me out
i've tried this multiple times now.
Opened a browser behind to try to set cursor to center of screen. set turnoraction to L and put characters in first person view with camera looking down.
Only thing i'm wondering is i use 4 windowed clients on 1 monitor, is this even going to be an option for me? They over lap each other and the main toon is always on top.
let me know if there is anything i can try.
I tried using this. It works at first, but then it whips my mouse around on my main screen and eventually the other mouse positions in the other windows get offsync and it breaks. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Wondering if anyone's refined this technique for the single box/single monitor five boxing using Keyclone person? (i.e., Me.)
Looks like there is some "bugginess" from reading these posts?
80 Blood Elf Paladin, 80 Blood Elf Priest,80 Troll Mage, 80 Undead Warlock, 80 Tauren Druid, 80 Undead Rogue
80 x4 Shaman (Orc x3, Troll)
Madoran - Horde - PvE
This works if each alt is on a different computer. If you're running multiple on one, and try to use this, your mouse gets confused. It doesn't like being in two (or five) places at once.
On a different note, TURNORACTION is for right button mouse click. What about left button? Could be useful for point and click things, like bombing quests.
I'm new to multiboxing, and this sounds fantastic since trying to loot across characters is a pain. How do you lock your camera in vertical view exactly? Thanks!Originally Posted by 'Falkor',index.php?page=Thread&postID=65392#post65 392
i would like to know this as well, as i'm 2tooning from 1 boxOriginally Posted by 'Greythan',index.php?page=Thread&postID=93404#post 93404
This is exactly what happens . I use 2 monitor on 1 pc. my slaves are on the second screen and i only use my main on main screen. And when click L my mouse goes WOOOOHOOOO... i hope there is a way to fix this...Originally Posted by 'Hypermoo',index.php?page=Thread&postID=95888#post 95888
