Provided your mouse is over the lootable target this macro will allow you to press a key on the keyboard to loot that corpse
Okay, I know this must be totally noobish of me, and that I'm showing my ignorance here, but, if your mouse is over the lootable target, why not just righ-click?

Some folks use both hands on the keyboard in lieu of the mouse. Also, you don't have to go to the screen that your clones are on. Just make sure the cursor is in the middle of the screen and push your bound key. You don't have to leave your main toon's screen this way.

May I add that if your "focus doesn't follow mouse", then just hovering your mouse on the screen will highlight the object but to interact you must "select" the screen first. Thus 2 mouse clicks to loot instead of a hover and keyboard press.

So the difference is Hover and keyboard -or- 2 mouse clicks. Basically less stress for your clicking fingers.

I'm sorry but i dont think i understand. I copy that source code in a macro, then i hover over a dead corpse, hit 'L', and it loots the corpse if i'm in first person view on my clones?

The command "TURNORACTION" is a wow function that is normally bound to the mouse right button. So what the first post says to do is bind a key (in the example he uses L) to "TURNORACTION" then you can press that key to loot.

If you use one monitor with the clones stacked up behind then you put the clones in first person view so pressing the keybind will almost always loot/interact.

If you run all your accounts on one machine with multiple monitors (like I do) then you move the mouse over to the screen you want to loot/interact (or npc interact) with. When you mouse over objects you see the tooltips like you normally would and just hit the keybind to loot/interact. The bonus is you never lose focus on your main WOW so you simple move the mouse back to the main screen and keep going.

An alternate method of keybinding is to edit the macro file directly. I.e. enter this line "Bind L TURNORACTION" or whatever key combo you want.

Is there some trick to get the clones to stand on the same spot? with mine on follow (and in first person view) I only get the other clones or the main targetted,

I've been clicking twice on each window and looting - the "focus follows mouse" will save a load of time.

I'll have to try the original posters suggestion as well.

I should clarify that statement for you. You seem to be doing the same thing I am doing -> multiple monitors on one machine. So all you need to do is set the keybind on your clones and not click at all when you mouseover, just hit the keybind. This is exactly what the original poster said to do and I was just trying to clarify it further.

Sometimes you need to be careful though when clicking on NPC's or loot when there is flagged folks around I.E. Sunwell area. Because all the clones will try to click and sometimes those cursors are right on other npc's or players. In those situations I manually click each npc by grabbing focus on the clone first.
