I don't know of any, but something like this could be used in the wrong way
Look for a mod called "answering machine" I havn't looked it up in a while but it used to send an automatic message, that you could specify, when someone whispered you. Was used mostly for when you were afk but you may be able to set it up to do what you want.

/dnd <message>
That will auto-reply to everyone with the message you specify.

Honestly, that would be a good tool tip at the loading screen. I've been playing since release and I had no idea. Is this new with 2.0?
It has been around for some time, I have been playing since almost launch and forgot all about it.
As long as I have played I havent done much with macros or anything simple like this until now as I simply didnt need them.
