Howdy Neo and welcome to the forums!

if you have keyclone, then you should be able to just run your wows, in windowed mode, and they will be automatically added.. and will start passing keys immediately. after that, there are a few more tweaks that help improve your multi-boxing capability.

also, try right-clicking the tool tray icon (i think people tend to miss this) and follow the FAQ submenu. there are a few links that may help explain the basics and general setup.
