you may also consider dropping your resolution... 1600x1200 for 2 screens is a lot of pixels to calc. dropping it to 1280x1024 for 2 screens saves a ton of work
Im trying it with the macro's and i must say it helps ALOT i can run around in a growded ogrimmar with no problem
