Hi i have searched the forums cant find anything on this

i got my new comp today yay got everything else setup but cant install burning crusade it hits 98% and the error message appears saying cant replace file (think might be to do with permissions)

i have vista 64 bit tryed a few copies of the game and still no luck anyone know a fix?
