As I read somewhere is the Spell Haste also giving a ruduce to the GCD to a maximum speed increase of 0,5 sec, which reduces the GCD to 1 sec. I don't really know if they did implement it or it was just on the Testrealm ,but it Would be nice to to chain cast 1sec LB with only 50% Interruption.
