Yer like my evil twin Mak(or am I the evil one? crap.) I don't care for parties clubs drinking and all that...I'm content to game and socialize through that. I work fulltime too and have family responsibilities(tending up the family tree, not down...last thing I need is a brat of my own, plus who would want another Eteo in the world? :P)

I haven't gone out of my way to multibox, I used what I had which, thanks to a motherboard blowing last year, was enough to tribox on at full settings without any issue...I may upgrade soon since the US gvt is literally throwing money at us to spend to try to help the economy and maaaaaaaaybe try 5boxing...we'll see how that pans out But either way my income is comfortable enough to live on and have enough left over to put into savings + extra to devote to mental recreation like WoW. Only way I wouldn't consider it justified is if A) I didn't have fun doing it, or B) I actually NEEDED to spend the money elsewhere(I don't have to yet, knock on wood)
Evil?! Me?! Must be you =P Lol, j/k. Definitely five box it. Running instances with yourself = priceless.

What gets me is that could be a new video game a month, lol And recently i've passed up a few that look pretty good
Psssh, since I've been addicted to WoW, I haven't bothered to get a next-gen console. WoW eats up enough of my time, it'd be a waste. Whenever I lose interest in MMO's, I'll get myself a console
Fuck consoles, Computer games are the way to go, esp if you have a good computer.

Yeah once I got a comp my consoles collected dust lol; they're fun with friends over or when the net's out and I'm waiting to strangle someone at comcast, but PC gaming delivers so much more for me.(Though the Wii's changing some of that, Brawl and Mario Kart Wii have been keeping me playing alot lately; the little steering wheel controller is surprisingly responsive and fun to use :p)

As for console games...I am addicted to Guitar Hero. I'm sorry but sometimes it does steal me away from WoW.

Nobody's going to be able to answer this question for you. Everybody is in a different financial position, and will have different priorities.

You have to decide if it's worth it, but I honestly don't see why the $75/month needs to be the issue. I can see maybe if you're deliberating over spending the 4x($30-$40) on the game purchases, but the monthly fee is, well monthly, so you can just cancel next month if it isn't working for you.
No matter where you go, there you are.
