multibox beginner

hi, i have seen many videos with people using multibox on wow and i want to try it too!i m n00b on how to use multibox etc and i think you guys can help me to understand it better! i have 1 wow account with 2 70 lvls, 2 pcs and 2 monitors.

what do i need to start using multibox? :S
