Help with Badge Rewards

I have 34 badges on my shamans and mage. 1 Shaman is resto and the other two are elemental . I cannot decide what to do. Should I get the shield or save for the chest or boot? For the mage I have no idea. I may have belt of blasting made and then start trying to gear him up.

The DPS sheild is cool looking, I got it based on that alone. :P

I got the shield for two reasons:
Firstly, it's cheap.
Secondly, I don't enjoy farming PvE drops for five characters.

Did that for the totem of the void, and that was enough for me.
To equip my shamans, I now go for badges, crafts, or PvP rewards.
I might consider farming heroic final bosses when my gear is at least S1-like in all slots.

I have this shield its pretty much same stats minus the stamina and extra armor and block.

I'd do the new dailies with the shattered sun and get that shield, as soon as I hit exhaled I tossed my badge shield out and used it... kinda wish it was available when I was spending my badges

The honor guard shield is world drop so you can buy one for like 30-40g. I think I will save my badges for the chest instead of getting that shield.
