Is it really that hard to take the 3secs and switch windows?
Use maximizer. and just double right click each window over a NPC. Simple.
AKAMA > (The Zerg) > 4x Shamans > FirstRock, SecondRock, ThridRock, FourthRock
Install ZQB it does make turning in quests a lot easier. Yes you have to click on the NPC in each window (you get used to double clicking to capture focus) then does hand in on your main et voila!.
