I am looking to box again on Wrath (will prolly level 4x shaman to pair with my bis geared prot pala) for RDF and stuff.

I am looking for honest advices what would be the best setup for Wrath and Cataclysm as well ( Cataclysm input highly appreicated).
Basically, I'll box for fun and stuff but looking in the long run what is best to do.

Highly thankful from pro boxers what I should run as manual boxer for Wrath/Cata.
