So I just went to the doctors.....

I popped in to see my local doc to get a change of medication, nothing new to me( i suffer with cluster headache's) and he tells me I have to get my blood presure checked before i can go on these new meds. "No problem" I tell him, never had any issues with blood pressure. so he tests me and its exceedingly high, he then asks what Ive been doing before I came to the doctors as that may account for it. Now how the hell can i explain to him that i may have been a bit worked up as i was 5 boxing slave pens trying to rush to get 2 badges before i left as it resets in a few hours! . rather than explain I lied my arse off and said I had a rush job at work lol, anyway this is me now relaxing *goto my happy place, goto my happy place* as i have to pop back in a bit and get it checked again heh.


Moral of the story: 5 boxing is medicaly proven to be bad for your health!

Blood pressure is tough. When in living in the city (Washington DC), I would take the subway to most places including the doctors. Well, getting off the subway, you had to walk uphill about 3/4mile to get to the doc's office. There were some days where I got there, checked in, and was immediately called in... blood pressure was F'ed. They told me to start getting in about 30 mins before so I could chill out. Ever since then I'm way within the normal limits.
