Here's what I do in most BG's:

WSG:
Here it is only one graveyard. I usually defen so I am never far away from the GY. Either I run the alt to me, or I'll pick him up. Whatever suits the situation.

AB:
In AB I usually eiter assult bases or I shuttle between bases and defend wherever there is a lot of enemies.

If I attack and lose one:
If it looks like the assault will be successful, I will just let him lie there until I can res him, If we get the base before that is possible, I just draw the fight near the GY and pick him up when he resses.

If I defend and lose one:
I usually just release him, since the GY usually never are far away. Either draw the fight to the GY,or just autorun your follower towards your group while spamming the follow button

Eots:
Usually about the same as in AB.

AV:
Here I either just let everyone die if thing is looking bad, or I will res if possible. If I for some reason get spread out on several graveyards, I use the AV-trinket for porting everyone back to frostwolf keep. This trinket is a very good way to get your group back together if things really goes bad
