Question for EQ2 Boxers

1. Is there a way to set keyclone to automatically launch EQ2 via Innerspace, or do I need to manually open each individual one? ><

2. How do I get rid of the overlay that IS places on each game instance?

Removing the overlay: Check out Pyro's guide here, specifically for the screenshot of Innerspace. If I remember correctly, the bit you want is the 'Startup' button on the Game Configuration tab. There should be some startup commands in there that are used for each session. You should be able to remove the overlay specific ones from there. If they aren't there, try looking for a similar 'startup' button on the General tab.

Launching from Keyclone: Innerspace can create desktop shortcuts to launch your game profiles. You may be able to get Keyclone to launch those instead.

EDIT: Oops, it's definitely the Session Startup button on the General tab and not the Game Config tab.
