There is what is known as thin copyright. It has to do with lists or compilations of facts. I think if one were to take the base raw quest order list, strip it down and modify it substantially, add their own diagrams and walk throughs and make it an entirely new body of work then there seems to me that there would be little grounds for winning a lawsuit. However. I have sued and been sued in federal court. I have been forced to sue individuals and companies over the dumbest things. Simply because you are dead to right does not mean you are indemnified from having a case brought against you for the dumbest of reasons - and are forced to foot a six figure legal bill just to defend yourself.
