Fastest leveling Duo

Hi,

In my experience, hunters are the fastest levelers when playing only one account. But what about two? People always say that warriors and rogues are great for knocking down mobs quickly, but they have horrible downtime because of their health. What if a healbot tagged along?

Or maybe two hunters would be the fastest. What do you guys think?

I did a warrior/paladin combo awhile back and tore stuff up. If I redid it I'd probably try out a warrior/shaman. Is it the fastest combo? /shrug But it was pretty damn quick. I think It was like just under 5 days played or something. I don't know haven't looked in awhile.

Once you start getting 2 or more toons going together, things die fast.... I doubt there would be much difference between any class combinations for leveling. I doubt there would be more than a 1 day /played difference between any setup (with everything else being equal).

Yeah, speed is what I'm looking for though. I'm constantly trying to beat my previous leveling times - even if it's only by a few minutes.

Let me type that again...

For two box levelling, I don't see how anything could be faster than two mages.

AoE, crowd control, AoE, unsurpassed single target nukage, AoE, free transport, AoE, free food / drink, AoE, no stupidly long class quests that can't be avoided, AoE, three *viable* damage types (fire, frost, arcane) so less worries about immunities, AoE...

Oh, and mage AoE is pretty nice too.

This is the thing that, imo, puts mages at a different pace of leveling.
Being able to teleport to a city, for whatever reason, can speed up the process a bit.

Mage+Lock or Mage+Hunter can be a good combo imo, since both Mage partner's can use a pet to tank, which can be usefull for some quests.
