Mouseclick on same computer

Im brand new to this and Ive been searching the forum for some tips on how to do this but Ive failed so far. I run 2 accounts on the same computer and I have keyclone and got that working. Now, Im playing two shamans and I have my totems on the bar above the 1-9 keys. I saw a video of a guy who used his mouse to click on the icons on that bar and everyone of his toons planted that totem. What software did he use for this? Synergy? I tried that, but it looks like its only for use with 2 computers.

Sorry if I missed a thread somewhere explaining how to do this, as stated earlier, Im new to this and trying hard to make it work so any help is deeply appriciated.

Howdy Razakel and welcome to the forums!

currently, there is no good way to do this on the same machine. using the keyboard is how most multi-boxers are playing...
getting into the habit early is a good idea, sorry

I'll do some macro's to set the totems down then. I'll check the macro section. :-)
