As far as ZF goes I wanted to point out that I did this on a prot-specced paladin in shockadin gear. With my consecrations ticking for around 200 instead of a mere 95 that it ticks for in my actual tanking gear I tore the mobs health down very quickly and healing totems did very little to heal them. Also finding good places to LoS the casters you can contiunally move the casters away from totems if you need. It was never once a problem for me. You wouldn't even need an actualy shockadin set as a decent healing set should have enough spell dmg on it to do just fine. After my shockadin set began to break I started to switch it out with my healing set and it wasn't a problem either.
I guess my main prob at zf was I pulled the whole instance like I did in sm. I was able to tank it np, but there were just too many totems to surpass ( I want to say my cons ticks for 160ish? in my reg tank set). I dont like having to do pulls of 20ish mobs or grp by grp, so I went to st where I can go pull all the dragonkin in 1 pull and kill em. Now if I took 2 70s i, then I could see it working np in zf, just always figured it'd kill xp so much.
How were you pulling all of ZF when the mobs prior to the fountain simply reset once they hit the fountain not to mention there are about 30 shadow hunters which even with a lvl 70's resist you'd still be getting chained hexed which would more or less be the end of you?

I pulled ZF in 3 pulls, entrance > Fountain. Fountain > GY. Then inbetween the two waves on the event I pulled the rest of the zone to the pyramid.
