Yeah only problem is after reporting it, my accounts are now under investigation because I tried transferring char from one to the other and the last names are different. Oh what a beautiful system blizzard!

Have both of those sitting right next to me, technically they should just ask me for those and I can send them a picture of it, shows that the accounts are both mine right there...
but it is blizzard and they hate me so.. this will be annoying

On a side note, I hope that you get it resolved with customer service. Providing 2 sources of ID should be enough.
