If you know of a way I can livestream that would be awesome. I'm still looking into it, but at the moment no good leads.

As for the issue on Blade's Edge, you need to bait them to you. If teams are being stingy like that I will make it look like they have an easy kill - IE let them kill all of my groundings and move into range. Once they charge in drop down the groundings and go to town. It does put you at somewhat of a risk but speeds the game up. Don't chase after them on the floor, if they decide to hide and aren't even taking the bait, run back to the top where the sweet spot is and just sit there :P
