That is the only possible solution path that I know of so far and is specific to WoW.

Would love to know of a solution to bind a controller/mouse/keyboard/keypad/keystick to a given windows window (any window or any game window) as that could really help limit overhead from extra PCs/VMs/Multiseat-Desktops/etc...
