    Default MAMA ready for Burning Crusade Classic

    I tested and fixed a minor issue for DynamicBoxer/Mama with Burning Crusade Classic (on PTR) and update the code and the build to take advantage of the new multiple TOC support. It's already for your multiboxing pleasure on curseforge

    It should load on Shadowlands, Classic (today), Burning Crusade Classic (May 18th), Classic Era (May 18th) out of the box

    Updated today for Shadowlands Chains of Domination (no change needed actually, same code works, but update the TOC so it doesn't show outdated)
