Kara takes 2 for most trash and some bosses unless your tank is obscenely good & geared & has good healers backing him. Tanking off adds for Attumen, Moroes, those nasty-as-hell flesh ravager adds before prince, and the IceTombing skeles around opera, etc.

we had a kara / heroic geared tank last friday and cleared the shit in approx 3 hrs... 1 tank.

Same as you can do it with 1 healer, and 1 tank, fact will remain its easier to do it with more, it depends on gear and a bit on skill for the tank.
Some minor problems (overcomable though) that could rise, moroes, tanking him with your back to him to not get gouged is/can be a pain, opera -> crow event (romero and juliet is cake, just keep her interrupted).
