Edit: I just realised something that rly rly annoys me about that site.. Ok so they don't fully understand what mboxing is, but have been told it's legal, have had interviews (Zxin) etc etc.. yet they lable ALL mboxing articles with "Cheats" like the thread above was..

You should check the customer service forum more often. Players act like morons quite frequently in hopes of getting something for nothing. I find the customer service reps to be quite eloquent in their responses. If I'm bored enough to look at the wow forums, customer service is always a stop of mine.
