Couple of problems

So created 5 accounts and used the wizard to setup ISBoxer and ran into a couple of problems. First is that when I try to use ISBoxer to launch my group it stops after the first character. If I end task on Gylph fast enough it will continue, but I have to believe that isn't the way it should have to go.

The second issue is that it seems that the mouse pointer is not aligned with where it is actually indicating, for me it seems that it is actually trying to click higher up than where the mouse pointer is. It does this on all windows.

You don't launch the team from inner space, you launch the team from the Glyph Launcher, one by one. From my post:

Glyph has a setting to allow you to be logged into multiple accounts. The way this works is that you Launch your team from Inner Space with Glyph Closed. Inner Space will open Glyph. From the Glyph Launcher, you select your account in the drop down, then hit play. As Mirai points out in the video below, it's important you launch them in the correct order.

The mouse issue is also a known issue when not using Windowed Mode. By default, ISBoxer will try to put your screen in full screen. Your game resolutions must also match.

Known Issues-Isboxer by default puts a WindowedMode=2 in the default cfg files that it creates. These need to be updated to 0 and saved before launching Glyph. ISBoxer will prompt you to update this, don't fall for it.

The CFG files for each character by default are in %appdata%\RIFT

Did you get the launcher part figured out? It's admittedly kludgey/confusing and sometimes downright frustrating.

I launch my team from Innerspace with task manager open, after I select the correct username/email I click play and then end task on the Glyph entry. I then use the slot start option from Innerspace and cycle through my characters like that. Not ideal but it gets it running.

Installed an addon that looks like it has a ton of options to it, currently using it to be able to move the raid frames around and got a repeater region setup to have a mouseover macro for my healer. Tonight is work on finding if that addon or any other one has a Clique like setup to make healing by extra mouse buttons easier. Then I will start work on macros for dps/tanking.

If you go into Settings from Glyph Launcher > General > (checkbox) "Save Multiple Accounts in Drop-down" you can store all your accounts in the drop down. Once you launch your team, you can simply pick your email, hit launch, move on to the next one. It actually ends up being quicker than launching WoW ever was.

Have that set, just didn't know you could go through all the accounts like that. Will save me a bunch of time!
