Just using AHK/HKN for whatever reason on a single character won't be an issue (assuming whatever you're using them for wasn't an issue prior to the rule change.)
Is this backed by some official statement? I did contact a GM, asking if just using those features not related to key broadcasting is ok not. He said they were not informed of the details of the policy so wasn't sure about it. In another post, some people received warning for using isboxer even for the non key broadcasting features

One thing for sure is Blizzard does detect the software. Whether they will go ahead and take action just because of that is exactly what we want to figure out.
