Zul'Gurub Suggestions for farming with 10 man?

Hi everyone,

Getting back into classic. Was wondering if anyone is farming Zul'Gurub or Ahn Qiraj with a 10 man team? Can you farm any of the bosses with 10 man? Is it worth doing the trash now for gold or loot? Do epics drop in Zul'Gurub or Ahn Qiraj from trash mobs?

I farmed 10-man ZG. It really depends how fast you are/your comp how profitable it's going to be.

You'll probably get more gold/etc. in UBRS and especially in LBRS than you ever will in ZG. Most ZG pulls are comparable to pulling 3-4 packs at a time in LBRS.

However, there's a TON of amazing loot in ZG if you can do any of the bosses, even with help.

It really depends on your comp what's possible. Arlokk requires 3200 DPS, Jekilk requires ~2800 (can be done with lower, but it's hard), Thekal requires ~3000, plus a pretty grueling phase 1. Mandokir requires two tanks, at least one with taunt, and probably requires a paladin or two to do it with 10. Jindo requires around ~3000 DPS, but it gets quite a bit easier if you can push 3500.

They all have different mechanics you have to deal with on top of the DPS requirements.
