New computer -- need input

I tried last week to get a 3080 and this week for 3090 ...bots beat me to it again! So i just got a system builder to build one for me, since it was the only way i could get a 3090 atm. I just wanted to be ready for Cyberpunk and Shadowlands. Now next week they will probably be hundreds of cards ready to buy..but im impatient 8)
