Fastest Completions Summary Thread

This thread is to document the fastest completions* for Classic WoW content (mainly common farms in dungeon/raid instances which do not necessarily mean "full clears"). Most of it will likely be for 5boxers but will include 10boxes and higher if there is interest.

Please post submissions to the end of this thread and please denote with each submission:

• Category: Submission should denote if it is for "Team Only Buffs" or "Free-For-All" category and
• Consumables: Submissions should list consumables leveraged.

12:53min WHMLP - group buffs only - full tribute (bypass many mobs); from Dilb;
22:18min PaMMMPr - group buffs only - full tribute (killing more mob packs); from Fuii;

Please post any thoughts on rules or parameters to the thread. Initial thoughts discussed on the ISboxer Discord were that folk should denote with each submission:

• Category: Submission should denote if it is for "Team Only Buffs" or "Free-For-All" category and
• Consumables: Submissions should list consumables leveraged.

Note that you aren't limited to your own submissions. If you find a well documented run on youtube and can review it to determine if outside buffs &/or consumables are leveraged then we will include those (though they may be marked as tentative or unverified).

*Note: Not everything will be full clears.... Partial content that is typically farmed (like Rune farming completions and/or DME farms etc will be included) if people submit. Content run commonly will be given higher priority but niche and/or uncommon farms may be included also (may be put toward the bottom of the list).

Is this thread for end-level dungeons with all-60s primarily, or is also a level-appropriate Scalert Monastery Cathedral run applicable etc. ?
I mean, for reference/comparison between teams if nothing else?

It was envisioned for at cap end game farming runs by completed groups (5box, 10box, etc). For major farming areas the goal was to see which team compositions were the fastest overall and to have benchmarks for other team compositions (like 4MP vs Tank3MP vs 5S vs 4W+healer, etc).

My gut is that it would make more sense to have a different thread for leveling to cap... That being said for lower level dungeons the better metric may be XP/hour than completion times.

With that in mind I went ahead and started the following thread:

Likely there are multiple examples buried in these forums and youtube etc. I don't have time to go find them all but if people post them to the end of that thread (if prior to cap) and to this thread (for cap) I will do my utmost to keep both summaries at the tops of the threads up-to-date and organized. If/when I have time I will also search for some things to add but right now I don't.

Fastest strat live I've done is 19 min as 4x frost mage, 1x priest. Though I did not do this alone. Some one else was playing the priest. Biggest time save was him looting while I was drinking. We did all bosses (Hearthsinger Forresten, The Unforgiven, Timmy, Cannon Master, Galford, Balnazzar). No consumes.

When I do it solo as 4 or 5 mages it usually takes me about 30 min, and I skip Balnazzar. Note sure what my fastest is solo.

Fuii- when you do ground AOE spells and your bring up the 4 little windows, how are you doing that???
