You never mention what kind of resolution you will play at... slaves on gfx settings 1? Main at ? ... do you know how to slot swap macro? ..... desired fps? Directx11legacy?
No lag? Thats unrealistic on this old game. The more people online, the more lag. There will be lag and low fps at times, no matter what. Imagine during the start of shadowlands etc.
And you will need atleast 64gb ram with 10.
The 750w psu from corsair is decent.
Use only m.2 or ssds.
The 3,5 inch WD blue harddrive you mentioned = its an ok hardrive to use as extra backup, for pictures etc etc, but regardless, if you got anything important, then also use external backups and possibly cloudbased backups. Do not use this drive for gaming.
