i formated my Hard Disk and now keyclon write other systme id need help :(

i remembe my first id i payd with paypal, but after i get virus , and i needed format my c:/ and install windows again :(

my friend say need write to "dontknowwho" and he lock my first id and get licence for new id, where i need write this? :(


and second problem i have email i dont remember my password and login :) i use form lost password and write email,
but i wait 30 minut and i dont get new password on my email why? :(
