Well, it's been an interesting first day with four orc shammies hanging in the tunnel right by the starting grounds.
While I was running my BE Paly over to Durotar I was surprised by the amount of comments made to my afk sitting shaman. So many "lol"'s... I was called a "fage" and "lerd". And a "WTF is everyone rolling shammies?". Interesting, I am sure this is just the beginning. I put in a ticket to the GM's stating my intentions but I didn't hear from them before I had logged off. Maybe next time.
Once I got organized and started killing no one said a thing to me. The beauty of the coordinated attacks of 4 shaman being lead by a Paladin, so satisfying. I will need to do a lot more work with my hotkeys and such but for simple PvE I'll do alright for now.
My slave box though need at least another Gig of Ram and a better video card couldn't hurt (using a Quadro).
I took the advice and made additional wow folders (wow1 etc) and made junction points for the data folder, once per for the four accounts. Set the visuals way down on every setting and turned off shadowing etc and it made a big difference (this is just for the 4 shaman running on the slave box, I have all the eye candy running on the main box).
Cheers!
