So I do it a little bit more complicated but it kinda works, and its like this
I have 3 main kyebinds on every single character, where 1 is single target dps, 2 is aoe dps and 3 is single target dps again. This is because on the healer, 3 is full healing rotation mode, and this is all cast on mouse over. I then use a repeater from all my windows to my healer, and then just procede to do the healing rotation while everyone is still doing single target rotation.
Why complicated? well for one its mouse over, so if I move the mouse out of the frame, because lets say I have to kite, thats it for the healing. Also, either you set a different keybind to heal outside ofcombat, or get ready to pull a bunch of stuff.
If I had to redo everything right now (wich I may) i would go to something similar to Ellay setup, first cause you avoid having to do mouseover all the time, and second cause the dude is a legend and he surely knows what hes doing.
