I have a focus macro set to every team member and my heals are all /cast [@focus] heal.

So if char 2, needs some healing I hit my 2 key and start spamming my heals while also spamming my dps rotation.
This gets complicated though when you need to heal something outside of your team but for the basics this has worked for me, although it's not as clean as click healing. Or maybe it is, but I see the benefits of both.
