yes.. if you hit the 'x' in the upper right, keyclone will close to the tool tray. this is fairly standard behavior for background/tooltray apps... as keyclone is expected to run behind the wow apps.

as for being able to suspend key transfer.. yes, that is known as 'override' and there are a few flavors of it.
  • the default hotkey for general override is PAUSE
  • do-not-pass override does not have a hotkey defined by default, please check under keyclone/ setup/ override settings
