Default Any Ideas on Dual-Boxing a Horde Character with my Alliance Team?

Hey all, I have a Horde Priest that I would like to bring along with my main alliance team while I farm in the open world. This is primarily so I can fight off Alliance for nodes, mind control, etc. (Might be a bit toxic, but sounds fun to me).

In any case, I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on how this might be possible using Isboxer? The default follow function won't work on opposite faction players but I'm hoping I might be able to use something else to use my horde character as a follower. My horde character is on another server right now so I haven't had the opportunity to test things. But before I transfer him over I would like to make sure something like this is possible. If not I may just keep him where he's at.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Last I heard, things might have changed, but you are not allowed to have both factions on the same account on PvP realms. Separate b.net accounts would technically allow you to what you want, but still be against the rules.

Only one faction per realm on PvP realms

Hey thanks for the info. I do have my alliance and horde characters on separate battle.net accounts so I don't think I would have a technical limitation. Although I suppose Blizzard could look at it as a rule violation in some way. I'm mostly wondering if there's a way to get a horde character to interact with alliance ones to follow. Otherwise I have to control them separately and that makes farming very tedious.

I would be careful, sounds like could fall under collusion.

But in anycase, just send an IWT/CTM to your priest to attack your leader. Sounds like it should work as a follow replacement for opposing factions, would keep the priest in wand range at least.

It isn't against the rules to have characters of opposing factions on the same server when you have multiple WoW licenses under the same BNet account, which is why JohnGabriel's link to the Blizzard forum specifically states "per WoW account." However, as my link points out, cross-faction collusion is not allowed, and, as a multiboxer, you're simply bypassing the barrier put in place in order to stop this behavior.
Do not send me a PM if what you want to talk about isn't absolutely private.
Ask your questions on the forum where others can also benefit from the information.

Thanks for the info and feedback everyone. Considering multiboxers get enough flack as it is I'll probably be better off just keeping my alliance and horde characters on separate realms. Would hate to have all my hard work erased with a ban or something along those lines as well. Would be nice to have more advantages in the open world but the cons are outweighing the pros in my book.

@John, never thought of sending an "IWT/CTM to your priest to attack your leader," smart suggestion even if I won't be utilizing it .
