Seems like last week or so since the Black Lotus nerf has really spiked prices in other herbs. Maybe its just a lot more gold flowing around the economy instead of sitting on alts collecting dust, or maybe lots more people are making flasks now? Arcane Crystals are now 2x the prices of Black Lotus on my server and I don't think we've hit the bottom on Black Lotus yet.
It does seem like serious raiders are in a bit of a lul waiting for AQ, so people are leveling & gearing alts. ZG BOE's are generally dropping in prices but still in demand, Zulian Hacker with a good roll is well over 1k now and climbing. All around individual BiS BoE's (Edgemasters, Cloudkeeper) are still climbing quickly, over 4k on my server now.
I do see a lot more demand for boosting services, and the prices/boost are going up. The mages who are really good at ZG and Mara solos are getting 20g/person/11-min clear. That'd be 400g/hour just from the boostee's. I can't touch that g/hour on a MB team. But I also don't really know how well they're able to repeatedly do those boosts. Seems like getting 4 others to join and to the instance start at the same time may be a full-time job in itself.
I think the benefit of MB farming any of the high end dungeons is just the convenience of starting/stopping whenever you want. Everyone likes to talk about their g/hour (or exp/hour when leveling), but they generally start the clock at the beginning of the instance with the groups already in place. Not that we don't have travel time when MBing, but we don't loose any time trying to form the group or figuring out what to do.
I'm still happily farming LBRS. The raw gold and vendor trash is decent, the runecloth is great and I haven't hit any big ticket items yet, but the number of 5-25g blues I'm getting is great. Maybe 150g/hour on average? (and I'm still farming for own team's gear upgrades at the same time)
