Thunderstomp delays

Anyone have any experience macro'ing Thunderstomp? I have one hunter that uses it, but quite often it seems to not work when I press the key. I was thinking lag at first, but all of the other macro'd keys work with no problem. I play one box with five maximizer windows btw. I know that it's not on cooldown either. It just seems to be quirky at best.

I dunno, with my 5 tauren shammies with a castsequence rotation on War Stomp I was able to stunlock the mob i tested it on quite well with the 5 stomps. I imagine I should be able to stunlock everything around me long enough to nuke something down in a real combat situation if stuff gets too close.

I don't have thunderstomp macroed. I address it by pressing my button which is on round-robin in keyclone. An alternative would be a set of castsequences full of ",,,," for your toons. A nice way to do it, imho.
No, I never experienced delays other than the cast time of .5 secs.
BTW, http://thottbot.com/?sp=19482 is wrong, it's not instant. http://www.wowwiki.com/Warstomp is right.

I believe I figured it out last night. Because it was originally in one of my smaller windows I wasn't seeing any messages. When I left it in my main window last night I saw that the pet didn't have enough focus. So I'm going to figure out something to save focus in order get it to go off immediately. Even without growl on, I believe having thorns on the gorilla will keep enough agro on him to keep my druid from pulling agro while healing. /fingers crossed

Something tells me he really was talking about an ability called Thunderstomp after all, as in a hunters gorilla pet ability.
Anyway, about what I was talking about, I used to have my War Stomp key on the keyclone RR, but I use that key for other stuff on my other teams, so I figured a good castsequence macro with the obvious , , , , works a lot better.
